Our client is a Leasing company, the role of Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager's main responsibilities are to oversee the daily operations of the Singapore office and grow companies presence within Asia Pacific markets. The Senior Manager will work with teams in Singapore and the company’s headquarters in Japan to make key policy decisions that will drive the growth internationally.
【What you will be working on】
- Design and implement business development and promote strategies to expand the finance business including in financial and leasing by coordinating with strategic partners and shareholders across Singapore, Japan, and other Asian Pacific markets
- Work with the Board of Directors to set the direction and strategy of the Singapore branch and work together with the management teams to achieve the targets set.
- Regularly perform contract negotiations with vendors and partners in Singapore and abroad to secure favorable business terms.
- Appropriately analyze risk and compliance variables when making business decisions to maintain the company's brand.
- Foster relationships with internal and external partners and shareholders to identify new growth and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain and reinforce relationships with companies to ensure cross-cooperation and win transnational projects.
- Responsible for collaborating with Japan HQ directors in Japan to define our global corporate strategy, targets, and progress trajectory.
- Develop the revenue and staff by finding new profit streams, setting sales targets, and managing the team to achieve them.
- Keep up to date with trends and changes in the market and initiate responses with relevant team members, stakeholders, and directors.
- Ensure that proposed client solutions meet and exceed client expectations.
- Act as a role model for team members and support the career development and progression of the Singapore management team.
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent at minimum in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the Leasing Company.
- Willing to travel overseas, average traveling per year is around 7 - 10 times for 2-3 days on each trip. Traveling mostly to Japan and other countries in Asia and the Pacific.
- **Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 17:30
