**Core Responsibilities**- Lead and develop an impactful team in Paid, Owned and Earned Digital Media. Be the region's expert and infuse knowledge across APAC, thereby cultivating activation capabilities across the digital ecosystem.- Partner our business units in APAC to understand the consumer and shoppers so as to develop relevant communication strategies and value propositions.- Cultivate and develop strategic relationships with tech (Google, Meta and other kids centric media owners / publishers) and agency partners for ongoing partnership value growth.- As a Leadership Team (LT) member of the APAC Marketing & eCommerce organization, role model and champion integrated ways-of-working in APAC and co-lead with the other LT members to drive one strong team culture.- Work cross-functionally with other APAC partners to role model the orchestration and gearing of Owned / Earned / Shared / Paid (OESP) activities towards brand and sales impact.- Represent APAC on global platforms (e.g. global media, tech and digital marketing forums) to influence the mid to long term digital roadmap and operating model for the LEGO Group.- Drive digital innovation, define roadmap and champion digital capability building activities for the APAC region.- Motivate, engage and develop the regional digital marketing team to their fullest potential by role modelling LEGO ways of working and leading.
**Play your part in our team succeeding**
APAC Regional Marketing & eCOE consists of Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, eCommerce, Media Management and Marketing Planning & Effectiveness teams.
This role will lead the APAC Regional Digital Marketing team, consisting of 4 team members and reports to the VP APAC Marketing & eCOE.
**Do you have what it takes**- Digital savvy and have 12 -15 years of experience in Digital Marketing and e-commerce, understanding the different level for reaching consumers and shoppers.-
- Proven track record in leading impactful teams and capabilities in complex multi-national companies.- Eye for business and ability to position Digital Marketing into the relevant business context.- Actively seeks opportunities for continuously improving the specialist knowledge within Digital Marketing.- Has a passion for people development and create a highly engaged, motivated and capable function.- Proven ability to lead through influence and manage broad senior partner in local, regional and global networks.- Regional experience in leading and operating in multiple diverse markets and drive value creation.- Customer focused and consumer driven, proactively identifies changes in their needs, and influences consumer/shopper strategies to adapt/optimize.- Passion for innovation and actively encourages innovation within digital and actively use it to create business results.- Strong strategic orientation with the ability to translate strategy and business plans into priorities for Digital Marketing and helps the business / broader team “connect the dots” to the functional area.- Proactively works towards collaborative culture and invest in building strong and sustainable relationships with others.- Able to travel internationally.
