**About Us**

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Designer to join our client's **Singapore** office. As a key contributor, you will have the opportunity to lead and engage in every phase of architectural design, from concept design through schematic design, design development, and construction documentation, all within a stimulating team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process from concept through detailed design, ensuring alignment with our client's design philosophy.
- Collaborate with the architectural team, clients, consultants, and contractors to produce innovative, high-quality design solutions.
- Manage and oversee architectural projects, including master planning, space planning, and construction detailing, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop conceptual presentations, architectural drawings, and renderings using advanced design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
- Guide junior designers and mentor team members to foster professional growth and ensure design consistency across projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, and other consultants, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with global architectural trends, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies to inspire cutting-edge design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience, preferably with a focus on high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
- Proven track record in leading architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Strong design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing innovative and thoughtful design work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3DS Max/Vray, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with Singapore's building codes and regulations is an advantage.
- Strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
