**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
As Circles expands in its home base of Singapore as well as its international markets of Australia, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Japan, we are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to to join our high-performing B2B SaaS sales team and contribute to our ongoing success. Our team is passionate about delivering value to our clients and creating lasting partnerships.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries that could benefit from our B2B SaaS solutions.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and align our solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach in engaging prospects and closing deals.
- Deliver compelling product presentations to showcase the value proposition and capabilities of our SaaS solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their pain points and objectives to position our products as solutions.
- Effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns prospects may have.
- Manage and update prospect information, interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence decision-makers at various levels within organizations.
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing environment.
