To ensure fire safety requirements are complied with at all times.
- To supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works.
- To assist in preparation of the Fire Safety Plan.
- To conduct daily checks and remove any fire hazard that is found.
- To carry out surveillance by patrolling the premises.
- To check the movement of people, goods and fire protection systems.
- To attend to security incidents and activate appropriate parties concerned.
- To carry out tasks outlined by Management and in accordance with the Security SOPs to ensure smooth security coverage for the Hotel.
- To ensure that the general security, carpark, visitor management and emergency contingency plans/procedures are in order.
- To investigate onsite security breaches, which extends to the preparation of reports, follow-up actions and recommendation of improvement plans.
- To direct supervise the security officers to ensure that they remain alert and discharge their duties correctly.
- To conduct security orientation for all new hires.
- To cover other responsibilities as and when the need arises.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
- 6 days work week.
- Degree/Diploma in related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar capacity or security industry.
- **Certified FSM is a mandatory requirement.**:

- Knowledgeable and updated on Fire Safety Regulation & Acts.
- Proficient in carpark system.
- Possess the relevant security licenses and certificates.
- Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
