As an “Elevator Back Office Business Partner and Digital Marketing Associate” your job are mostly work with back-office support and become manager in order to uplift company brand to customer, keep customer trust and create new sales through direct sales, digital marketing and conventional marketing like brochure distribution and also involve in strategic business planner for expansion, aware with corporate financial strength and involve in Singapore elevator business circle. You will be ;

1. A Tech savvy, mindful and self initiative person, to increase corporate brand for various technical product from elevator, engineering, installation, servicing and manpower job in the social media like linkedin and search engine optimization like google ads

2. To maintain corporate google workspace and regularly subscribe google ads and development

3. Coordinate with IT backend for website development

4. Excellent with simple graphic design job like flyer/brochure design, logo, brand moto etc

5. To prepare and execute any expo and marketing event by proposing the budget, booth preparation, standby and making direct B2B sales

6. Swift and reliable vice versa to understand corporate fund and financial position in any operational aspect

7. Excellentskills in managing relation with customer, from maintenance accounts, installation accounts, potential customer and after sales customer specialized in elevator and engineering related product

8. Develop office management in efficient and tide manner

9. Excellent understanding of Bookkeeping, Tax, GST, finance, accounting and management scheme and implement in company operation

10. To maintain daily sales for existing customer with reference by project manager and daily service report

11. To schedule monthly, quarterly, bi-annually lift servicing schedule

12. To schedule and follow up non-regular schedule like BCA audit, inspection and lift breakdown

13. Understand the scheme of lift permit to operate, either new submission, renewal and re-commissioning job

14. To maintain customer permit to operate keep valid and up to date from maintenance record

16. To liaise with global supplier to indent lift and engineering spare parts, involve in all process until the job done

17. To aware with company financial strength in vice versa order by overseeing customer revenue stream and cost / cash disburse when execute query from customer (project costing basis)

18. Any ad hoc job assigned to accelerate company operation in order to help project director

**Requirement **;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in elevator industry, or accumulative 8 years’ experience in any business operation
- Tech savvy current search engine optimization, google ads, meta-ads and tiktok ads
- Willing to learn and able to work in minimum supervision for office, finance and management job
- Minimum diploma holder
- Hindi/Tamil speaking will be preferable
