Our client is an agricultural multinational corporation, selling in over 50 countries. The company is one of the worlds largest producer of fruit and vegetables. They have operations in over 50 countries world-wide. They currently have an opening for an HR & Payroll Assistant, 3 months to 1 year contract, renewable or convertible to permanent position. Salary between S$ 4000 to S$5000 per month with other benefits.

**Responsibilities:
**The HR & Payroll Assistant will support the following areas**:

- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Process and prepare documentation relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, orientation, on & off-boarding etc).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc).
- Supports HR processes by scheduling appointments, arranging interviews and/or orientation, maintaining records and information.
- Manages end-to-end payroll process for an outsourced payroll model across Asia, the countries this role will process for includes, India, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan and Singapore.
- Including income tax filing/ reporting in partnership with payroll/tax providers.
- Reporting and reconciliation of payroll records with finance and any other regulatory bodies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Outstanding keyboard expertise and technical ability, making good use of all available technology. Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
