**The Role**
- Design and implement HR Digital Roadmap
- Responsible for driving the deeper use and analysis of HR data and technology, enabling the Company to make better people decisions, and driving the development and adoption of HR best practices to enhance processes and employee experience.
- Offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity across various systems.
- Drive HR technology and its adoption within the division and/or Company as applicable
- Provide appropriate design documentation related to test scripts and interface development
- Provide user support, process mapping/documentation for system enhancements and processing procedures
- Design and create reports through appropriate reporting tools; assist in the development of standard reports
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HR technology and understand statutory and regulatory requirements affecting all aspects of HR systems
- Perform analysis of existing business processes, technical design, identify and evaluate possible re-configuration/ solutions in response to business issues and challenges.
- Ensure data integrity through audits and proper, timely documentation
- Collaborate with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and process owners to ensure the HR technology solutions align with requirements, functions, and relevant policies.
- Monitor vendor compliance via SLAs, articulate business requirements for system enhancements/modifications, and assist with managing change orders from specification through to system release.
- Plan HRIS roadmap - identify, prioritise, and ensure successful delivery of HRIS change activities and new initiatives meeting project targets.

**What We Require From You**
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other business-related fields
- Minimum 10 years of work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, with at least 5 years on HRIS and HR Platform Project Management and implementation
- You should have a strong background in business and system analysis, reporting, customer support, project planning/execution and vendor management.
- Experience with various ERP software programs and systems, such as SAP Success Factor, preferably some basic programming knowledge etc
- Experience in leading project cycles such as data migration, UAT testing etc
