**What **does **a** Senior Strategist **do at **Hogarth?**

As a Senior Strategist, you will help with the strategic vision for our portfolio of accounts. You will be essential to the continued success of our strategic and creative work which is fully integrated across experiential, social, digital and traditional.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the strategic support for the overall business, and show leadership on your own projects
- Be the source for common sense, strategic vision and creative inspiration for your team members
- Develop strong relationships with senior clients. Your opinion is valued and respected by them - always included in strategic development/ decision making
- Demonstrate an analysis of category, brand, cultural and people trends that highlights opportunities for the client's businesses
- Take ownership of the quality of the creative brief and briefing process as developed. And ensure to follow through from concept to execution.
- Have a deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research. Continuously updates knowledge of latest techniques and mines/interrogates research to support hypothesis and/or identify insight to inform strategy
- Promote use of data and other insight tools.

**Qualifications**:

- A proven track record in developing strategic plans that benefit the client
- A good knowledge of the media and how strategy planning influences media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The drive to be successful and perform well in all aspects of your strategic work
- The flexibility to work over a number of projects and balance your workload
