Assistant Manager, Martech Solution Architect

We are looking for someone with a passion for data and marketing technology. As a Martech Solution Architect, you will play an essential role in working with data insights and designing campaign solutions that push our tech stack's limits.

**You will get to do things like**:

- Design and manage internal workflows and processes with the Marketing Experimentation (MXP) team, and ensure the adoption of MarTech stack and analytics as part of the campaign build
- Improve MarTech stack utilization and drive marketing performance through customer personalization and experimentation, including areas such as customer journey management and web analytics tools
- Leverage existing MarTech solutions such as Braze, Adobe Analytics (AA), Adobe Target (AT) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Integrate existing MarTech stack, including working with vendor to build strategy to bridge identified gaps
- Guide and educate business units on best use of marketing technology platform and align on integration plans.
- Perform database analysis to propose effective customer value proposition, targeted promotions, and personalized content & activities with the different business units.
- Set up audience segments, marketing automation journeys and personalization activities on our marketing platforms
- Keep abreast of latest marketing technology available to enhance existing marketing operations and deliver innovative content solutions.

**You will need to have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or other relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering marketing tech solutions
- Rich working experience with marketing automation tools and Adobe product suite will be preferred
- Experience working with Asana, JIRA, MS Office, Visio, Lucid Charts and/or project management tools
- Experience working with APIs - SOAP and REST based APIs
- Broad knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, style sheets, Analytics tracking and Dashboarding, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills by providing clear communicating priorities, objectives/goals, and deliverables
- Self-motivated operator who can work comfortably as an individual contributor and comfortable with navigating through the organization to get things done.
