Senior Solution Consultant - Singapore or Malaysia
Opportunity with a Market Leader (9 years in a row Gartner Magic Quadrant) in the Customer Experience (CX) space wanting to bring on experienced Customer Experience Practitioners. We offer state of the art, Customer Experience / Contact Centre Technology (CX, DX and EX). We bring Customers to the Cloud (SAAS) and help their Digital Transformation journeys leveraging AI powered cloud-based services.
We help Customers constantly and consistently deliver Innovation to create smart, connected human (assisted with AI Co-pilots) interactions, along the entire Customer Journey. Following unprecedented growth across Asia (verticals: Banking, Insurance and Telco + others), we are expanding to build and cultivate a world class dynamic team across Asia.
What You Can Bring to Genesys
The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to).- Ability to work independently, and to interface with internal Teams and external Partners and Customers to seamlessly collect, synthesize and share information.- Presales Consulting to support business development, demand generation and growth.- Presales Value Realization/ Solution Consultative Selling (focus on bookings), new revenue growth (NNARR) and Cross sell / Upsell Solution engagements.- Presales Consulting across Contact Centre CX, DX and EX Transformation, AI powered routing and Workforce Management, Outcome driven performance improvement and business transformation.- Become "Trusted Advisor" for Customers to leverage industry knowledge best practices & proven Ops practices. (i.e. CX and Digital Transformation methodologies)- Perform Discovery, Analysis and Map a Customer's Compelling need for change and address Customer’s requirement with our Solutions (outcome driven and purpose fit to deliver Business Results)
You’ve been there and done this- 4+ years' experience in selling SaaS solutions focused on business outcomes for enterprise-grade companies; experience in CCaaS / Customer Experience (CX) / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Contact Centre Operation / Digital Engagement Platforms are a plus.- Deep understanding of Technology concepts related to Cloud, CX and SAAS- Advance skills in business presentation and value Demos- Experience in conducting and coordinating Solution Technical and Business Requirements due diligence- Advance Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Experience in collecting competitive intelligence and mapping market/industry segments
Desirable Skills:
- Responsible (taking ownership) and accountable for successful delivery of Presales Consulting Engagement resulting in highly satisfied customers.-
- Able to Travel across ASIA Region to engage and connect with Different work cultures- English (Fluent) and Secondary Languages (Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese)
