- Drive the global master data standardization processes, especially COA, entity structures, segment structures, profit/cost centers, vendor, customer, and so on.
- Lead GRC implementation in global ERP projects.
- Proactively identify issues and contribute to problem solving, build trust relationship with stakeholders and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance/Audit or related fields.
- 5+ experiences of MDM, GRC and Data conversion implementation projects.
- Proven record of multiple successful MDM, GRC and Data conversion implementation projects (at least 2).
- SAP MDG, GRC and Data conversion/migration experience are preferred.
- Real estate related industry, Fund and global project experiences will be a plus.
- Strong solution consulting experience in data governance, data conversion, master data standardization, and SOD risk analysis and control.
- Demonstrated passion, self-motivation and strong ownership.
- Excellent communication skills with clear and logical thinking ability
- Proven record of collaboration with different functions/departments
- Demonstrated vendor management skills.
