**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the club’s marketing efforts including print, digital, OOH campaigns as well as activations and events
- Develop, plan and execute creative and compelling digital marketing campaigns across different channels / platforms including medias, web, content partners, influencers, SEO / SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Prepare digital campaign performance reports and provide recommendations on campaign optimization and leads generation
- Develop strategies, implement, and evaluate social media campaigns to drive key metrics on channels such as Google, Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram
- Work with sales teams closely to manage various marketing activities, including paid campaigns, advertising budget, ad landing page optimization, drip campaigns, sales funnels, etc
- Prepare corporate and member-facing communications including but not limited to eDMs, letters, presentations, festive e-greetings and creative packaging for gifts, etc
- Craft senior management speeches and letters to external stakeholders
- Raise the visibility of Senior Leaders on social media and public speaking forums
- Support Seniors Leaders with content thought leadership and social media personal branding
- Be the brand gatekeeper and brand champion. Ensure that brand reputation, image and standards are adhered to and continue elevating the brand profile through advertising, activations and partnerships
- Draft press releases and support crisis communications
- Develop brand assets & merchandise
- Plan and roll out festive decorations
- Source partnerships that are aligned with/ elevate the brand profile
- Stay on top of trends and introduce new marketing & communication platforms, tools and software to the club
- Update and grow the club’s photo and video assets
- Plan and negotiate advertising buys with luxury, yachting, marine, and special interest titles, as well as managing advertising budgets
- Strategise and execute public relations efforts, manage media relations, media events and press materials
- Secure interviews and feature opportunities for spokespersons
- Handle media requests for food tasting, filming & photography, interviews, etc
- Work with partners to upkeep the coral garden
- Be involved in eco programmes for members’ engagement
- Create awareness for the club’s green initiatives and drive new green initiatives
- Secure green awards
- Total event management - scope includes planning and management of event budget, planning and execution of event program, liaising with internal team and external vendors, obtaining sponsorships, ticket sales, publicity, etc
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Should possess a Degree in Marketing or any related field.
- At least 8 - 10 years of experience in marketing with digital marketing experience.
- Rich branding experience with a portfolio of successful brand campaigns/activations.
- Strong events experience, from planning and budget management to execution and post-event reporting.
- Good public relations knowledge and experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Should possess good analytical and interpersonal qualities, and be able to offer strategic and creative solutions to challenges.
- Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, resourceful and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal communications and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Passionate about ocean conservation.
