**Job Description:
**Daily work at production area**
- Checking of updated production schedule on daily basis
- Ensure clear photocopy of work order to check the stenciling coding
- To check stenciling of production date & batch number on a regular interval; before the shift start, re-key stencil before shift ends & before handing over to the next shift.
- Ensure both lines slip sheet to be top-up before the start of shift.
- Update daily auto batching checklist.
- Ensure auto-batching daily target of minimum 52 pallets are met.
- Ensure cargo are visually checked and verify before using for batching.
- Troubleshooting dealing with basic machine malfunction such as sensor alignment or changing of piston cylinder.
- Activating of manual batching, when catching up with production.
- Ensure that the production output are met
- Inform any abnormalities of machine sound immediately.

**Daily Work at level 1 production**
- Ensure that the usage of paper bag tally with the work order
- Check that the bags are sealed properly (first 3 bags at beginning of the shift and 1 bag every hour).
- Ensure that all machines are checked before start up and is in good working condition.
- Check that samples (colour, texture, and odour) are acceptable by comparing with reference sample.
- Ensure that the stencil coding details on the bag tally with the requirement in work order
- Filling up of required document
- Responsible for the general cleanliness of the production area.
- Report to QC/ supervisor for any discrepancy.

**Daily Work at level 2 production**
- Ensure that the raw material pallets send up by the forklift driver are correct before dumping
- Ensure that the raw material is in good condition before dumping:

- Ensure that the pallet is in good condition
- Ensure that all machines are checked before start up and is in good working condition.
- Ensure that Level 2 operators work and adhere to GMPs at all times
- Filling up of required document
- Responsible for the general cleanliness of the production area.
- Report to QC/ supervisor for any discrepancy.

**Weekly Work: Compound / Production cleaning**
- Periodical compound / warehouse cleaning
- Production area and machine surface cleaning
- Ensure proper start up for both production line 1 and line 2 at beginning of production week
- Coordinate start up and shut down machinery for production line 1 and line 2 at day 1 and last day of production week

**Task And Responsibility**
- Ensuring the correct Raw Materials, product, ingredients/ flavourings/ packaging materials are being used.
- Ensuring all materials must be in best quality state.
- To meet cleaning standards at his area
- Ensure that all workers in his area meet the hygiene standards of the area. They are dressed correctly for the area. They are neat & tidy.
- Ensure that all equipment in his area is working correctly to the standards required for the area.
- Ensure that at all times the GMP standards for the area are met. All tools are stored correctly, no product, samples are in direct contact with the floor, no product is left uncovered.
- Completes the necessary documentation for the area accurately.
- Trains the operators on the various tasks to do based on the required standards.
- Communicates any problems to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
- Maintaining the Health & Safety standards as required by the company’s Risk Management Policies.
- Sending out reports / summary on daily production issue with regards to machinery and production downtime
- Able to communicate with management should there be any issue face during production

**Maintenance and Contractual servicing**
- Assist supervisor to monitor external maintenance programme or contractual servicing upon requested.
- Provide support to production supervisor when performing in-house machinery rectification and servicing.
- Update supervisor on maintenance programme and upon completion.
