Production line leader

Base salary: S$1800-S$2200 (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Fridayposition for On – Site Line Leader (Flexi Shift) and the incumbent must be able to support our Flexible operating requirements and business needs.
Shift Allowance will be payable accordingly to the shift she worked.
2nd shift: 3.00pm to 11.00pm (1 tea break)
3rd shift: 11.00pm to 7.00am (1 tea break)
Normal shift: 7.30am to 5.00pm (2 tea breaks)(1 tea break of 15 mins each, 1 lunch/dinner break of 30 mins)

working days leave each year + 2 (two) supplementary days

– where applicableScope of work:
- Do production planning, assist supervisor in arranging personnel allocation in production department, and also need to participate in production line operations
- Ensure that the production volume is up to standard and the machine operation of the production line is smooth
- Participate in employee training and implement instructions and safety standards assigned by the company
- Training will be provided for the above work scope, and you must be willing to actively cooperate and learn- Team lead experience in medical factory production lines will be given priority
