**What the role is**
- URA is the main land sale agent for the State. Through the Government Land Sale Programme, URA releases land and properties for a wide range of commercial, hotel and residential development.

**What you will be working on**
- As a Land Sales Executive, you will join our land sales team and assist in the development and maintenance of IT systems that support the land sale functions such as One Stop Developers’ Portal, monitoring and coordinating hardware/software inventory etc. You can express your creativity in designing the webpage, knowledge management (KM) system and other related IT platforms. You will have the opportunity to leverage on geographic information system (GIS) technology and design tools that can facilitate the land sales preparation. Additionally, you will have opportunity to build up your data-analytical and digitalisation skills on RPA, system design and automation that enable your participation on process re-engineering works for the team.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements
- A polytechnic diploma or equivalent in computer science, information systems, computer engineering or any equivalent discipline.
- Relevant work experiences especially in webpage design, data analytics and GIS are preferred.
- Ability to use and troubleshoot typical desktop and notebook computers, mobile devices, networks, printing systems, etc.
- Proficient in relevant IT tools such as Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel and Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team to provide good service and support to end-users and peers.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good analytical and writing skills.
