**What the role is**
- The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is Singapore’s national land use planning agency. URA’s mission is to make Singapore an attractive global city for investments, businesses and talents to live, work and play in. Most of our strategic plans are implemented through developments on land sold through the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
URA plans and implements the half-yearly GLS Programme. As the main land sales agent for the government, URA releases land for sale to the private sector for commercial, hotel, private residential and industrial developments to meet national and planning objectives.

**What you will be working on**
- As a Land Sales Manager, you will work closely with our planners, architects and engineers, as well as other technical agencies, to coordinate and prepare a comprehensive set of planning and technical requirements to guide the development of GLS sites. You will be able to develop a deep understanding of property market trends, through in-depth engagements with property developers and users, analysis of land tender outcomes and horizon scans.
The role will involve the following:

- Strategising the staging and release of land parcels for tender, to cater to market demand and promote market stability while meeting planning & development objectives.
- Developing and implementing new land sale approaches (e.g. Master Developer approach) to achieve intended market and planning outcomes
- Introducing new housing typologies (e.g. private assisted living developments) to cater to diverse needs
- Realising planning visions for key development precincts through the design of planning and sales requirements to guide the development of GLS sites
- Driving transformation of the built environment sector, by working with relevant Government agencies to incorporate energy-efficiency, car-lite, construction productivity and related requirements in tender conditions

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements:

- A degree in real estate, building, economics, engineering or related fields
- Relevant experience will be useful
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability and willingness to travel in short notice
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
