**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Formulate strategies to enhance operational efficiency in processes such as Scheduling, Output Management, and Operator tasks, while adhering to SOPs.
- Assume the role of a Computer Operations Manager responsible for mainframe and peripheral information system equipment operations, along with creating equipment usage schedules.
- Accountable for overseeing audit and compliance activities.
- Supervise and provide support for outsourced processes, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain service standards.
- Manage administrative functions, including travel arrangements, company events, and various admin-related matters, supporting overall office operations.
- Oversee office administrative, computer, and software systems.
- Source and manage external vendors and service providers.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the broader business goals.
- Offer guidance and assistance on HR affairs to international offices.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and counseling.
- Ensure consistent adherence to legal HR requirements across the board.
- Create, revise, and maintain policies and procedures.
- Optimize work allocation and schedules to maximize operational output.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the operations team to fulfill customer expectations.
- Enforce safety regulations and uphold company standards and protocols.
- Recommend tools, equipment, and processes to support business objectives.
- Continuously monitor and manage production operational facets.
- Assess and manage expenditure within manufacturing operating budgets.
- Evaluate and appraise the performance of operations staff.
- Assure adherence to corporate standards and procedures.
- Participate in miscellaneous projects and tasks as necessary.
- Possibly require an associate degree in a relevant field. Additionally, Computer Operations Managers usually report to a department head.

**Requirements**:

- Required qualification Bachelor's degree at a minimum
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience
- Availability required during peak hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and team management
- Outstanding aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking
- Highly effective in communication and delivering presentations
