**Job Description**:

- Manage and lead the team of facilities manager, engineers, consultants, professional engineers, designers, event organizer, hospitality team, finance, administration, help desk, service excellence for all stakeholders
- To identify and evaluate the cost-benefits effects from the actions of parties engaged by client
- Ensure all projects and maintenance works carried out according to schedule planned
- Manage and supervise the team of FM technical staff and specialists in carrying out duties as specified herein
- Inform client and representatives immediately if problem cannot be resolved and recommend feasible solutions
- Coach and train technical team so they are familiarised and knowledgeable of the requirements of his contract
- Conduct site tour for client
- Supervise to ensure the landscape, pest control, grease interceptor, laboratory operations, Building, M&E schedule/breakdown maintenance and project A&A works and any other requirements are carried out within aligned response time
- Ensure all technical team follow ISO requirements and Statutory requirements
- Ensure that facilities meet government regulation, environmental, health and safety standards
- Responsible in preparing tender specification and post contract and renovation projects
- Monitor waste collection data and initiate measures to comply with client’s recycling indicator set
- Attend monthly meeting on FM operations
- Review monthly report, trend analysis on energy, water, facilities usage, PV, CM, PM, customer satisfaction, materials management, vendor performance, etc and present evaluation and mitigation to client representative
- Review of annual customer satisfaction survey for improvement

**Job Requirements**
- University degree holder in Architecture or Engineering or Facilities Management or equivalent
- 10 years experience in related Facility Management or equivalent
