Procurement Officer/executive

**Responsibilities**
- Directly reports to Sales Director & Director assisting and executing all sales related enquires
- Responsible for the procurement of seafood etc and develop new resource channel (if any)
- With good experience in seafood of F&B related products/ services both locally and/or overseas
- Responsible to build rapport and maintain excellent business relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing for new suppliers continuously
- Monitor supply market conditions to ensure sustainable supply and achieve competitive costing
- Responsible to update and maintain documentation for audit and ISO purposes
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Possess a diploma in related field or equivalent experience
- Rich experience in related trade, strong market sensitivity, familiarity with seafood industry is preferred
- Understand the trade practices and has experience with financial derivatives
- Team player who is driven and self-motivated with attention to detail and strong numeracy
- Excellent negotiations communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and able to work and respond beyond office hours, even weekends and public holidays
- Fluent in spoken and basic written Chinese skills to handle Chinese suppliers

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
