Reporting to the Senior Manager - Service Operations, you will assist in leading and managing the Body & Paint workshop operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day frontline and workshop operations which involve monitoring the throughput of vehicles for body & paint
- Manage and review workshop operations; maintain effective liason and communication with other departments in order to ensure a smooth operation and implement improvements by developing short term and long term plans in areas which are lacking
- Manage and ensure the quality of the work deliverables of the workshop, and continuously develop improvement plans for the workshop
- Manage a team of technicial staff, monitor their productivity and efficiency of the team. Monitor and continuously improve the workshop incentive team to motivate the workshop team to achieve beyond their targets
- Ensure high standard of customer sevice is delivered. Attend promptly to customers’ complaints and feedback by personally managing the incident and performing a recovery process to their satisfaction
- Manage and work with vendors and suppliers and keep updated on the latest products and supplies and manage the procurement of these workshop consumables

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you should possess a recognised tertiary education in Engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years' experience in a vehicle workshop environment. You should be a self-starter, technically strong with good people management skills.
