**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for administrative operation support
- Review standard operating procedures (SOP) of the admin section
- Generate and prepare management reports.
- Ensure proper control of fixed assets, petty cash, and daily cash and recoverable account
- Ensure the generation of KPI reports based on intake and invoice records for the site
- Handle customer’s phone enquires and ensure that all feedback/complaints are resolved
- Collect and analyze site information and highlight issues, propose counter measure
- Participate in ad-hoc project.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment particularly own tools of work like desk area, stationery, telephone, printer and computer system.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in any discipline
- Competent in using Microsoft Office
- At least 2 years of administrative work experience
- Preferably from Automotive industry
- Meticulous, committed, and adaptable
- Possess positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff
