**About The Role
As a Procurement (Senior Manager) in ALPS, you will be based at National Healthcare Group Headquarter (NHG HQ), and you will assist the Cluster Lead to undertake the portfolio in managing the IT and Equipment purchases for NHG Cluster, NHGHQ and NHG Diagnostics. Leading the team, you will be responsible for the Procurement and Contract Management services. You will also communicate closely with users and suppliers to support in the institution’s daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the procurement team in executing the various Request for Proposals/ Quotations to achieve Department’s KPIs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and ensure all purchases are in compliance with procurement policy and guidelines
- Develop strategic sourcing strategies that will support and add-value to the functional areas
- Conduct pricing and contract negotiation to achieve best value for the institutions
- Review and ensure proper documentations of all procurement activities within institution to support internal and external audits
- Recommend areas whereby work processes could be streamlined to achieve productivity savings while maintaining adequate governance
- Build relationships with key suppliers and to address supply/ performance issues effectively
- Manage and ensure all Contracts are reviewed in a timely manner
- Oversee stock movements and ensure sufficient supplies for operations
- Provide NHG Cluster’s KPI reporting and support management forums
- Support SAP enhancements as and when required
- Conduct UAM reviews for system access rights
- Manage E-Procurement system
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor

**Requirements
- Min. Degree with relevant end to end procurement experience and team management experience.
- Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in SAP MM Module/ARIBA would be an advantage
