**About the role**

The role of the Regional Control Tower (RCT) is to manage at a Regional level: Customer satisfaction through the Control Tower (CT) SOP, pro-active actions and analysis, develop customer business, propose improvement and new solutions, deal with crisis and lead action plans.

**What you will be doing**

**Reporting & Performance Management**
- Collate all KPI reports and analysis from Bollore entities into the production of Regional Reports (includes transportation activities, financial, CO2) on weekly and monthly basis according to periodic reviews with Customers
- Research, interpret and analyze data received from various sources and escalate any irregularities to appropriate Management level of branch or department
- Responsible for the preparation, delivery and validation of all assigned reports under RCT management and working closely with other Regional team
- Monitor the performance and highlight ambiguities or actions needed to concerned stakeholders

**Process Management**
- Align standardization of Report Format with Bollore entities to ensure compliance with Customers’ expectations and established procedures
- Responsible in building playbook and maintaining key processes on RCSS offers and management
- Support RCT Manager in creation and maintain promotional kit (presentation, videos, brochures) for RCT department

**Document Management**
- Responsible in building a shared document platform (TEAMS/SharePoint) and maintaining all documents related to Customers processes
- Manage and maintain shared libraries, drives and naming convention of documents (defined & systematic naming convention), and ensuring all documents are most updated versions

**Data Quality Monitoring**
- Ensure understanding defined Traffic Analysis and Customer’s requirements on mandatory events and / or references. Monitor missing data of shipments by means of internal metrics
- Execute and control the implementation of report activities in line with the validated SOPs from Regional Account Management
- Work on agreed data quality measurement for Customers, communicate and publish an agreed metrics to internal network and stakeholders on regular basis in monitoring data quality with collaboration of countries actions and improvement plans
- Analyze and evaluate data quality performance on region level, and escalate any adverse or recurrent irregularities to appropriate Management level of branch or department
- Validate and control Dashboard Reports on period basis (daily and weekly) with Bollore entities through periodic (weekly/monthly) conference calls/meetings

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in the flow management / control tower / IFF contract operations management / key accounts in the freight forwarding & logistics industry
- Solid knowledge of freight forwarding and operations processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
