One of the leading 3PL companies is expanding and looking for a Regional Logistics Solutions Manager. Located in the East reporting to the Regional Operations Head.

**Your new role**
- Lead and manage the logistics operations to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards
- Overseeing the over 5 control towers around Supplier and Order Management, Transport Planning and Freight Cost
- In case of non-performance, lead the investigation process and align corrective actions
- Establish and manage a solid relationship with operational counterparts on customer side, manage regular exchanges with the customer on an operational management level
- Defines requirements for operation and ensures the implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed requirements & customer expectations.
- Implement defined changes to business scope, processes or policies
- Support cross-customer improvement projects in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
- Process development and continuous improvement and managing total productivity.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related
- At least 8 years in freight forward operations with at least 4 years of people management experience
- Experience in a regional role holding leadership position
- Strong regional project management experience
- Experienced in a managing a sizeable team eg: over 20 people
- Ability to problem-solve and communicate to all stakeholders regardless of seniority
- 10% of travelling might be required as it is a regional role
- Mandarin speaking is required as the role liaises with China counterparts
