The Head International Custody Growth APAC is SIX’ brand ambassador in the Region, focused on Securities Services Business. The HICGA is responsible for the regional presence, extends the relevant local/regional service capabilities, manages the respective resources and most importantly drives the growth of this business in the region in collaboration with other SIX Business Units that operate already in the region.

The HICGA has responsibility for the successful execution of the international custody growth strategy, includ
- ing the duty to ensure that all laws and regulations applicable in the location/region are being met. The role is supported by the SIX Securities Services Business Unit in Switzerland, SIX Business Units operating in the Re
- gion as well as SIX Corporate Functions such asHR, Risk and Finance.

**Main Duties:
Growth:

- Articulate and execute appropriate sales and acquisitions plans for the identified focus/growth client segments by leveraging existing relationships, partners, networks and contacts and by reaching out to suitable prospects, building and converting a concrete pipeline into new sustainable income streams for the SIX Securities Services Business Unit
- Build and extend strategic relationships on respective Senior levels with banks and broker/dealers as

appropriate across all relevant services and products (Clearing, Custody, Asset Servicing, etc.)
- Identify and drive business and partnership opportunities for relevant services and products and im
- plementing new mandates in close cooperation with clients and relevant internal stakeholders (Prod
- uct Management, Operations, Project Management, etc.)
- Represent the SIX Securities Services Business Unit in the financial market as a Senior representative providing respective market visibility (Conferences, Networking Events, Associations, etc.)
- Represent local/regional needs to central functions and vice versa and be accountable for local com
- pliance with the applicable laws and regulations as well as manage overall regional Securities Services presence including financial responsibilities

Business Development:

- Enhance in close cooperation with the on-site Customer Servicing Team, clients, prospects, business partners and internal experts the existing client servicing capabilities in the region
- Anticipate and retrieve client and market needs/requirements, understand and represent them with internal Senior Management to establish and grow regional business accordingly
- Supporting our Network Management Team, engage with local/regional sub-custodians and other providers to further strengthen these partnerships focusing on the end-to-end service delivery pro
- vided to our clients

Relationship Management:

- In line with the SIX Securities Services Business Unit’s Global Client Coverage Model and in close col
- tionships across all its facets along the Securities Post-Trade Value Chain (Clearing, Custody, Asset Servicing, etc.)
- Optimize overall service-delivery working closely with all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure top client satisfaction across all relevant client contacts and client business units
- Monitor and analyse respective client activities and financials, manage overall client profitability and

report KPI figures through periodic Account Business Plans updates, internal reporting and to ad-hoc inquiries

**Your Profile:
- Experienced, entrepreneurial, commercially minded, highly motivated and proactive Securities Post
- Trade Professional with track record in building business and related client relationships and partner
- ships
- Thorough understanding of the Clearing, Custody, Asset Servicing, etc. business/offering, ideally en
- riched with operational and/or relevant client management experience
- Bring an established network in the relevant market/region, accompanied by the ability and recogni
- tion to credibly engage andinfluence relevant senior decision makers
- Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills combined with structured and thorough approach to drive the enhancement of a servicing hub, solve issues and address requirements in a solution ori
- ented way
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, internally and externally, combined with high level of cus
- tomer orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence without authority, strong people leadership skills
