**About Our Client**
- Basic + AWS + VB
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up and configure computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide ERP user access management and first-line support for system navigation and issues.
- Collaborate with the ERP team to resolve advanced issues.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and support security protocols.
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory of equipment and software.
- Procure and distribute IT hardware and software across locations.
- Provide basic IT training and support to end-users.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues across Singapore and Johor sites

**The Successful Applicant**
- Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 1 year experience in similar IT support role
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and basic network management
- Knowledge in ERP will be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
- Willing to travel regularly between Singapore and Johor sites
