Hobbs Holdings is the Master Franchise owner for Canadian 2 For 1 Pizza and other exciting F&B concept brands.

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales and Marketing Manager who has the sharpness, passion and ingenuity to help us drive our business forward successfully.

Job Responsibilities:

- You are responsible for channel or partner acquisition, franchising growth and all marketing effort for the company.
- Have joint oversight and responsibility of total group sales performance.
- Work closely with the CEO, the marketing team and related agencies to plan, develop and execute annual sales and marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth year-on-year.
- Have a strong analytical mind to digest, analyse and act on sales and marketing related data to adjust or develop B2B and B2C campaigns that keep pushing the needle.
- You bring your experience in marketing F&B brands on-line to create consistently impactful digital campaigns and within the resources allocated.
- Have experience in working with agencies to get the best out of them and in the true sense of win-win partnerships.
- You are effortlessly a multi-tasker and can effortlessly drive B2B partner acquisitions, campaigns and the spectrum of B2C sales and marketing tasks.
- Constantly think of new ideas to improve brand visibility, growth and potency that lead to sales results.
- Have management oversight of the marketing budget.
- Ensure all stakeholders are updated regularly on progress of all key B2B and B2C campaigns.

Job Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years working experience in consumer F&B brands with B2B and B2C sales and marketing experience
- Min. Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication or Business Studies.
- MUST have the related working experience in a client-agency working environment
- You are naturally cool and collected under pressure
- MUST possess excellent written and spoken English
- MUST be naturally great with people with a pleasant personality and excellent people skills
- Sharp, analytical and independent
- Proven multi-tasker
- Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator would be an advantage, though not necessary
- A passion for food and food marketing would be an advantage.
