Singapore GREEN HARVEST PTE. LTD. Full time

You will participate in an exciting role to help transform agriculture operations and processes in South-East Asian’s first high tech glass greenhouse to maximize productivity and obtain optimal efficiency in vegetable production.

You will be responsible in managing the project site to ensure that work is being completed safely and efficiently.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with the Automation Design Engineer to co-design projects and resolve all design flaws and faults by exploring and proposing alternative solutions
- Responsible for integration, installation and commissioning of hydraulic lift; packing machine; conveyor system; and sensors to enable automation of the farm
- Lead and supervise a team of workers closely in installing and commissioning of machineries to expedite completion of automation of the farm to commence full production.
- Create and administer appropriate testing protocols to ensure all testing and commissioning on site is completed as per schedule.
- Prepare scheduled and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and Manuals for use of the machineries inside the Greenhouse
- Render support to and work closely with internal stakeholders to delegate phases; repair works and different sections of the construction site to appropriate personnel
- Develop and drive maintenance repair and spare part strategies for the farm, including sourcing, purchasing, and ordering required items.
- Responsible to ensure the inventory of automation and control areas’ spares/consumables meet critical maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance to the Workplace Safety and Health Ac and Regulations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Min Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of proven history of onsite project management
- Be familiar with Autodesk AutoCad and Solidworks
- Preferably experience in communicating with foreign workers so that work can be completed efficiently
- Possess a strong drive; passion; leadership and is committed and responsible

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:

- 5 days work week: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Lunch will be provided
- Transport to and from Kranji train station
