**Role Objective**:
The Regional Tariff Coordinator will be part of the Global Data team and the primary responsibility will be to govern the management of pricing/tariff data across ECU offices in Southeast Asia, Australasia and North Asia countries. As part of this team, they will work with global counterparts on planning and launching digital transformation projects in accordance with the corporate digital strategy.

**Key Skills Required**
- Business experience and understanding of the NVOCC operations
- Should have sound analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective cross-cultural communication and presentation skills
- Customer service and team focus
- IT skills (particularly data analysis on Excel)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Become the go-to-partner for Ops Managers at the local office level for all matters related to pricing and cost management on the Topaz ERP
- Gain a deep understanding of the unique billing practices of various APAC countries, and voice out these scenarios during project planning with global teams
- Conduct phases of user testing regionally to support ongoing development of online booking portal ECU360
- Create SOPs and work closely with data entry vendors to ensure 100% accuracy
- Provide functional support and training to continuously improve workflows of ops staff
- Communicate user feedback to the IT teams to enhance functionality and user interface

**Key Success Criteria**
- Ensure compliance by business users to established processes
- Ensure that tariff data on internal & external portals is accurate and complete
- Implement global data projects in the regional APAC office network

**Authority**
- The regional tariff coordinators do not have the authority to change current processes without first gaining approval from the Global Data team and TOPAZ process owners.
