**Responsibilities**
- Identify and verify customers' database and update in CRM for any post engagement notes and contact details.
- Advise and collaborate with the SG teams on outreach initiatives, from planning to execution.
- Attend events/meetings as required and assist in organizing events/forums around family businesses and real estate market.
- Enhance CRM initiative and propose appropriate follow up for relationship nurturing.
- Preparing reports and WiP presentations/updates.
- Liaising with key global teams when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good presentation, interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong analytical acumen with a customer orientation mindset
- Strong excel spread sheet and numerical skills
- Savvy with technology platforms
- Able to work with deadlines
- Collaborative mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
