Singapore KINGSFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD Full time

This role will be hired on contract basis to support our client's upcoming project.

**About the role:
- Take ownership of Project Environmental Management and support Health, Safety and Security Management plans and activities aligned with execution plan, objectives and deliverables.
- Provide environmental and other HSE inputs in BEDD, Project Requirement Specifications (PRS), Instruction to Bidders (ITB), etc. to support the project team in firming up project scope, cost estimates and design.
- Support HSE Manager in ensuring applicable legal and other requirements related to HSE and Security are embedded into project planning and execution.
- Support the Engineering/ Technical Team in consultation with Authorities on HSE & Security matters
- Lead development and implementation of environmental management measures during construction as part of Project HSE Plans including but not limited to Earth Control Measures, Pest Control Program, Waste Management, Noise abatement, etc.
- Support HSE Manager in the establishment, monitoring and evaluation of Project HSE and Security KPIs throughout the project phases including implementation of related programmes to drive the KPIs
- Support HSE Manager in the establishment and implementation of programs to drive IIF Leadership and strong OE/HSE Culture for the Project.
- Provide inputs and support activities and efforts on HSE and security matters as part of overall Project Contractor Management Processes.
- Support Technical Team in the review GHG, SOx, effluent discharge and other environmental information for the design and management of Wastewater Treatment Plant modification, any air pollution controls, etc.
- Support HSE Manager in interface with Leadership Team, Functional Managers, Contractors, Base Refinery and relevant Stakeholders on Project HSE Matters.

**About you**:

- At least 12 years work experience in environmental management roles in Process, Oil & Gas Industry. Major/Mega Capital Project experience is an advantage.
- Experienced in establishing and implementation of project environmental specifications and familiarity with latest pollution abatement concepts and designs i.e., wastewater treatment, air pollution controls, facility flood study, etc.
- Knowledge on local HSE permitting requirement, pollution control codes and dealing with Authorities.
- Knowledge on FEED, Detailed Engineering including Construction and Commissioning HSE requirements.
- Ability to drive IIF and OE/HSE Culture in major projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or equivalent.
- Possess Singapore WSH Professional qualifications.
- Excellent coordination and communication skill.
