**THE DEPARTMENT**

Marketing Operations

**THE OPPORTUNITY & WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Work closely with the market on developing the digital and data analytics capabilities in APJ.
- Perform analysis on projects related to investment and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Actively seek out opportunities to innovate by using non-traditional data and new modeling techniques.
- A passion for data and analytics with ability to point out key insights to drive more data-informed decision making.
- Project management: Set up relevant OKRs to measure the success of digital and data related priorities in the region.

**LEARNING OUTCOMES**:

- You will work on real, meaningful data science projects and understand how commercial unites use data to make multi-million dollars decisions.
- You will learn to communicate with senior stakeholders on your work and projects.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Data Science / Statistics / Math / Computer Science / Engineering or relevant Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Wide ranging knowledge and understanding of analytics and affinity for working with data.
- Strong track record on innovative data solutions
- Good business acumen with strong ability to solve business problems through data driven quantitative methodologies.
- Comfortable working both independently and in a cross-functional team.
- Take responsibility and ownership of problems, ensuring escalation as appropriate.
- Ability to work effectively cross borders displaying great collaboration and communication skills.
