- Product Engineering NAND Validation and Characterization
**Description**:
During Product Qualification, large volume of NAND Flash parts are tested through comprehensive Qualification test flow, this is a very long process and results are usually only available after completion of the testing which can take 2-3 weeks. The objective of this project is to extract and analyze the large amount of test data which is readily available on test summary or big data platform, such as characterization data, failure information, and to develop a dashboard for engineers to have real time and periodic update of the test status and failure summary so as to have quick resolution of issues that may potentially cause delay to Qual timeline. It can be further enhanced through incorporating the test data and past lesson learnt of issues to predict the failure modes and assists engineers on failure analysis.
**Scope and Deliverable**:
During the internship, the intern will receive training on NAND device and testing methodology, in particular on Qualification test flows and coverages. The intern will also have hands-on experiences on using Automated Test Equipment to perform debug and analysis of failures. The intern will collaborate with the engineers to understand the project requirement, and how to use existing tools to extract the test data, and develop the program and script to automate the process as well as analyze the data, and finally generate the summary report.
