**About the Role**
Are you passionate about cutting-edge NAND technology and ensuring product reliability at the highest level? We are looking for NAND Product Reliability Engineers at various experience levels to join our dynamic team. Whether you are an early-career engineer eager to grow or a seasoned professional ready to make a major impact, we have the perfect opportunity for you
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement new reliability methodologies to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Develop and execute reliability test plans for NAND products to evaluate NAND reliability performance.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve NAND reliability issues using advanced characterization techniques and failure analysis tools.
- Drive failure analysis (FA) investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to predict reliability trends and optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with design, TD, process integration, test, and customer engineering teams to improve reliability.
- Contribute to qualification processes for new NAND products, ensuring compliance with reliability criteria.
- Support customer inquiries and provide technical insights related to product reliability.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the overall reliability program and influence the direction of future product development.
**Who Should Apply?**
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor device, circuit operation, process, reliability, failure analysis, and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of NAND technology fundamentals and memory architectures.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, JMP, Tableau, etc).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Experience in semiconductor reliability, NAND technology, or failure analysis.
- Experience in NAND product Design, Process, Testing, Validation, Firmware development or SSD/Mobile system product development.
- Experience in statistics and data analysis and modeling.
- Strong drive and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate complex technical ideas/concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to difficult problems.
