**Administrator, Aviation Records (QA)**, you'll have responsibility in ensuring incoming materials are routed properly and our finished product is sent back to our customers in a timely manner.

- Administer all Quality Assurances data and exposition documents into the system
- Non-Compliance Action Report (NCAR) management to Internal stakeholders
- Supplier Corrective Action Request management to Vendor
- Approved Vendor List management
- Staff Certification Matrix Updates
- Training and Briefing Attendance records management
- Personnel records updates and filing
- Technical Library / Archives
- Assist in Audits & records updates
- Projects / New Product Introduction support
- Assist with any other tasks/projects as assigned
- Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

- Applicant must be able to commit to a 12 month internship program
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering/Quality Assurance or equivalent.

Preferred Characteristics:

- Enjoys working in an aerospace workshop environment (fully aircon)
- Meticulous attention to details and able to multi-task
- Team player with good communication & interpersonal skills and solving problems ability
- Male applicants must have completed or exempted from national service
