Long Faith Pte. Ltd. is a reputable family office for a distinguished technology entrepreneur.. We are seeking a diligent, experienced, and resourceful Senior Accountant/Finance Manager/ to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**:Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, and cash management. Implement the financial strategy as set by the owner.
- **Annual Reporting and Compliance**:Deal with vendor to prepare annual financial statements and reports. Ensure the company complies with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- **Tax Matters**:Handle all tax planning and compliance issues. Deal with vendor to prepare tax returns and ensure prompt and accurate submission.
- **Banking Relations**:Manage relationships with financial service providers, open bank accounts, ensure efficient banking operations and cash management.
- **Capital Calls**:Administer the process of capital calls and distributions to and from investors.
- **Liaison with External Providers**:Act as the primary point of contact for external providers such as auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial visibility and improve operational efficiency.
- **Ad-hoc Projects**:Support additional financial projects as they arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, preferably in a family office or wealth management environment.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, tax codes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
