**Senior IT Support Engineers**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting users in multi-region environments & worldwide teams.
- Managing users and permissions of cloud based products.
- Office network management, configuration and support.
- Mastering, deploying and supporting the latest technologies.
- Onboarding and offboarding process.
- Managing computers and peripheral equipment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years experience in the IT industry, and _at least_ 3 years in a cloud based environment.
- At least 2 years experience in customer facing roles.
- Hands-on experience with networking equipment such as FW, AP, Switches, and good understanding of basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN
- Experienced with Networking, design and configuration.
- Excellent understanding of computer systems and hands-on experience with installing and maintaining peripheral equipment.
- Experience supporting Mac’s
- Familiarity with G suite.
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash or Python)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
