**Job Scope**:
1. **Site Supervision**: To Oversee daily construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and timelines.

2. **Quality Assurance**: Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

3. **Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

4. **Technical Support**: Provide on-site technical assistance and resolve any engineering-related issues that arise.

5. **Site Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections to assess progress and identify any potential problems early.

6. **Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, logs, and photographs.

7. **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and promote a safe working environment.

8. **Problem Solving**: Identify issues and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.

9. **Client Communication**: Liaise with clients to update them on progress and address any concerns.

10. **Budget Monitoring**: Assist in tracking project expenses and resource allocation to stay within budget.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering OR any equivalent is welcome to apply
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of construction practices and regulations.
- Good to have experience with LTA project
