**Responsibilities**
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions for faculty members such as appointment, contract renewal, leave, benefits, performance management, promotion, career development and exit.
- Support the administration and management of scholarship programmes. These include but are not limited to recruitment & selection, bond deed & tracking of bond period, scholars' progress reports and maintaining scholarships database.
- Manage queries and provide advice to stakeholders like line managers, employees and scholars.
- Prepare HR statistical reports.
- Provide support in HR projects and initiatives.
- Review HR processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- A Polytechnic Diploma, preferably in Business Studies with specialization in Human Resource Management.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a HR role.
- Able to take initiative, work independently, and collaboratively in teams.
- Good communication (written and spoken) skills.
- Experience in using Workday will be advantageous.
- Prior experience in working with faculty members will be advantageous.
