**Job Description**:
We are looking for an IT Support & Office Coordinator

(Outsourced Position) to support our client’s daily ICT operations. The role involves maintaining end-user computing environments, handling basic IT support tasks, and assisting visitors or clients during office tours. This is an outsourced position based at the client’s office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt support for hardware and software issues, including Windows PCs, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, PDF, and common business tools.
- Assist with welcoming and guiding customers or guests during office visits or site tours.

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with common office equipment (e.g., multifunction printers, scanners) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable interacting with clients or guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Ability to multitask and make decisions quickly while remaining calm under pressure.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking is a plus.
- Strong customer service mindset with a user-oriented and proactive attitude.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Consistently delivers high-quality work with attention to detail.
- Professional and presentable demeanor, with good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
