**TEAM LEAD FOR CASHLESS PAYMENTS

- Team player with strong team management skills, able to instil commitment among team members
- Lead and coach team to achieve business objectives-deliver cost and revenue objectives
- Lead and manage the assigned projects plus on-going support activities
- Provide support in analysing incidents and getting to resolution
- Good understanding of cards and payments domain
- Serve as liaison between business operations and technical team
- Conduct requirement gathering and document business requirements and specifications needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementation
- Evaluate solutions proposed by vendors/partners/PSP and make necessary recommendations
- Manage vendor and PSP relationship activities such as regular meetings, support in forum discussions and events
- Implement corrective and timely actions when require to ensure work stream delivery stays on track
- Possess experience in driving the delivery of payment projects (eg. Paylah, PayNow, NETS, CEPAS)
- Support smooth rollout of enhancements, manage pre and post-implementation activities and develop processes with operations teams
- Work closely with the team to resolve project, implementation and production issues
- Keep updated on current trends, competitors and developments in both payment and financial market

**If the following describe you, then you could be the one**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the payment processing/acquiring business of financial institutions, payment service providers and/or FinTech organisations
- Must have cashless payment experiences with a strong understanding of both POS and mobile payments
- A firm technical understanding of payment infrastructure and value chain
- Experience with payment facilitator model and e-commerce platform
- Proven track record in leading complex payment projects to completion
- Up to date knowledge on regulatory and compliance requirements (PCI, EMV, Payment Services Act, etc.)
