**Core responsibilities**:

- Communicate directly with clients to build relationships, including functioning as day to-day client contact offering expertise as well as presenting directly to clients.
- Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client success; participate actively in account team strategy sessions and brainstorms.
- Build and manage client social media campaigns, primarily with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platform to drive key objectives (including building awareness, engagement, leads, and sales).
- Work hand in hand with the in-house creative team to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Strategise, develop and execute social promotions by leveraging the most relevant and latest best practices, ad formats, trends and pop culture.
- Collaborate with the Wavemaker media teams to ensure performance metrics are aligned, ensuring our client goals and objectives are obtained.
- Adapt client’s brand guidelines and visual identities into the right voice, tone and written style for individual and corporate social accounts.
- Development of social media reports to inform clients of KPIs and room for improvement.
- Copywriting of social media captions.
- Presentation of proposals to clients and internal teams.
- Community management - responding to customers queries and escalate issues with the appropriate tone of voice through clients’ social media pages at designated checkpoints.

**What your day job looks like at Wavemaker**:

- Playing a pivotal role within the content team to provide the utmost level of client
service.
- Working with the creative team to ensure the creative deliverables are up to par as
per the client’s expectations and the overall content calendar.
- Liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Generating always-on and post-campaign reports.
- Community management - responding to customers queries and escalate issues
with the appropriate tone of voice through clients’ social media pages at designated checkpoints.
- Supporting the account manager with growing the organic SOW with existing clients.
- Working with various teams in Wavemaker on new business proposals.
Completing projects on a timely basis.

Passion for all things social media and content — Possess and demonstrate excellent understanding of social and media fundamentals.
- Project management experience and client management.
- Passionate about teamwork and collaborative thinking.
- Minimum 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, social media, and content
experience is a huge plus.
- Must be hands on and enjoy working with a team.
- Ability to create decks (Powerpoint and Google Slides) for new business,
creative/strategic proposals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business.
- The ability to take a project from concept to completion, good communication,
organisational, and time management skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of digital, content and social media experience at a branding/advertising/digital/social media agency
- Good command of English and ability to copywrite for social media purposes
