Singapore BIZCARE PERSONNEL SERVICES Full time

**Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *5 DAY week**
- Prepare daily collection reports including cash & cheque receipts
- Perform reconciliation - system / bank account
- In charge of GIRO debit for customers - prepare report/notify customer & stakeholders
- Submission of GIRO deduction to bank
- Liaise with bank for receipts of funds & GIRO transactions
- Prepare relevant monthly AR journal entries
- To advise on transfer of contracts & notify on outstanding payment with relevant dept
- Prepare bad debt provision report
- Banking in cash & cheque receipts

**Requirements**:

- **_LCCI/ CAT/ Diploma in _**Accountancy/ equivalent with 2-4 years’ hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable/ credit/ collection function.**:

- Good experience & understanding of billing cycle & AR collection
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication & interactive skills.
- Knowledge of leasing would be an advantage
