Providing Administrative Support to ensure efficient operations of office
- Carry out Administrative Duties such as filing, copying, data entry, documentations and ad hoc administrative duties
- Support team by performing task related to organization and strong communication
- Updating database and reports on a timely basis
- Manage students information, perform general clerical duties
- Support operational work flow
- Liaising with vendors/ caterers to make routine orders
- Sending Administrative routine reports to Ministry
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 1 year prior to Administrative Experience will be good
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Applications etc
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Meticulous and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to liaise with people from all level
- Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude
- Able to work under pressure with little supervision
