Product Designer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to not only modify our core app product features, but to redesign many of the flows to make them better. We expect our designer to iteratively create a design framework and components for use across the platforms. Our biggest problem at the moment is getting from “functional” to “wow”

**THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE**
- Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Directing product decisions: Your insights and design expertise will guide the trajectory of our product development.
- Fast-paced creation and development: Your designs won't sit on the drawing board. You'll quickly see them come to life on our platforms.
- Building engaging experiences and interfaces: You'll be key to creating user-friendly and visually pleasing interfaces that engage and delight our users.
- Utilizing Figma and Hotjar: You'll harness the power of Figma to achieve our design goals.
- Creating workable and quick wireframes to assist in pre-UI design prep and testing
- Balancing deliverables across long-term and short-term deadlines
- Maintaining and developing the product design system and guidelines
- Representing the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years of experience on UI/UX with significant work at early and mid-stage startups and B2B SaaS products: You've proven your design skills in this space.
- A macro-to-micro mindset: You're comfortable thinking about the big picture and the smallest details.
- Resilience and adaptability: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Clear and concise communication: You can effectively communicate your design ideas and take feedback well.
- Pixel-perfect attention to detail: You won’t let any minor inconsistencies slip through.
- Some engineering experience: You can speak the language of our developers.

Other considerations:

- This role will be HYBRID if in Singapore, Capetown, Kuala Lumpur.
- This role will be REMOTE with an expectation of travel 2-4 times a year if elsewhere.
- Budget: The budget is dependent on location of the individual.
