
Network Operation Centre Team Lead

Out client is a well established and growing telco operator. With their expansion scheme, they are now looking for a Network Operation Centre (NOC) Team Lead.
As a Network Operation Centre (NOC) Team Lead, you will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare monthly team schedule.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Ensure shifts are covered considering there are leaves.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Attend Daily Meetings: Change Review and Service Review.
- Attend Weekly Meetings: Proactive Problem Management, Executive Summary for HPI, Post Incident Review for HPI.
- Perform Technical Analyst for any report needed.
- Attend escalations either internally or from customers.
- Contact point of NOC on shift 24/7 for queries relating to Technical, Process or any issue where they need advice.
- Supervise Daily Operation of NOC - Handle Critical Cases or High Priority Cases.
- Assist training for New Hires and provide coaching if needed.
- Assist Work Instruction Update / Circuit Reference / Customer Contact detail.
- Prepare Incident Timeline for those Critical cases and submit to IM or Problem Team.
- Handle / Process all logistics of New Hires such us ID, Access, Tools login.
- Respond to the following reports: SLA reports, CCA Audit report, Resiliency Report.
- Perform Interviews of Applicants for the team.
- Suggest and organize team building activities.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledgeable / experienced in IT Operations.
- Flexible in work timings as cover of team mates may be required when necessary.
- Good collaboration, communication and leadership skills.
