This role is based in Singapore and responsible to promote company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers through social media networks (strategic use of graphics, logos, and other promotional products).

**Essential Functions/Responsibilities**
- To greatly enhance the visual marketing materials to support Speed to Market adoption and Branding of Xnergy (Sales - non technical customers).
- Visual marketing materials to support speed to integration and quick technical understanding of Xnergy product (Solutions - technical customers).
- Capable to produce Corporate video animation for non-testifiable testimonial concepts and non-existing products.
- Capable to produce videos / animations to translate (bring out the essential importance notes of manuals) to visual materials (short clips for easier understandable). This part can be modified or edited from video fragments of Corporate video.
- Ability to understand how to market / pitch a very new technological product successfully (technically) to salespersons (non-technically savvy).
- Social media content management and viewers monitoring such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, WeChat, TikTok, etc targeting different region of market segments.
- Products 3D rendering images or photoshoot for brochures, leaflets, banners or offline materials for exhibitions (tagging customer booths).
- Xnergy Website updates images, photos and contents or manage third party to complete.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Media or Design Arts or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years in a marketing role.
- 2+ years' experience in digital animation is a plus.
- Experience in managing social media accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience with Agile development methods such as Kanban or Scrum.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, team environment (design, organise, sales and product solutions team, etc.).
- Good interpersonal skills to enable global, cross-cultural, and cross-functional engagements.
- Able to work in **start-up **environment.
