HR & Admin Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**Admin duties (50%)**
- Responsible for and the point of contact for day-to-day office operations and administration
- Provide travel support which includes handling of travel arrangements, visas and accommodations
- General upkeep and maintenance of office
- Provide logistics support for visiting guests
- Maintain smooth and efficient office operation including the procurement of equipment and supplies
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities and assets tracking
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
**HR duties (50%)**
- Lead and manage the HR functions
- Managing end-to-end responsibilities including driving HR operations, employee relations, learning & development, performance management and talent acquisition
- Manage employees’ on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Administer payroll, employee stock plans, leave, insurance, and all other benefits
- Coordinate and support the ISO certification/renewal on annual basis
- Organization of workshop, events, team-bonding or/and any company related activities
- Manage and be responsible for the day to day office management and facilities for Singapore office
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related fields with at least 5 years of experience in HR & admin
- Good written and communication skills
- Experience in a dynamic start-up environment and a great team player
- Adaptable and can operate under mínimal guidance and deal with ambiguity
- Must have proven ability to manage projects, prioritize, and demonstrate efficiency
- Can-do attitude, responsible, meticulous, energetic, flexible, independent
- Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice
