The Registries of Patents, Designs and Plant Varieties (PDPVP) supports IPOS’ vision by building and maintaining a top-ranked IP regime in the world. We have set our ambition to be a Regime of the Future that is a showcase of IP regime and administration excellence with our IP, digital and data analytics expertise.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about digital transformation and keen to contribute to IPOS’ efforts to ensure a world-class IP regime to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define product roadmap and deliver new digital capabilities for the Registries’ IP transaction and processing system (“online IP platform”);
- Work as part of an Ops-Tech team from IPOS Registries and GovTech team to understand internal and external stakeholders’ needs and leverage on data and technology to meet those needs optimally in the online IP platform; and
- Establish and maintain positive engagement with stakeholders to drive change.

**Write to us if you have/are**:

- At least 5 years of work experience;
- Educational qualifications preferably in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering or equivalent;
- Experience in managing or delivering product/system;
- Experience in systems thinking, design thinking and user experience improvements;
- Keen interest in technologies and standards for enhancing business operational efficiency and user experience;
- Excellent written, analytical and planning skills;
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to multi-task; and
- Able to work well independently and within a team.
- Experience or knowledge in the following areas is a plus: data processing (using Python, Excel VBA and/or SQL), API, AI/machine learning, natural language processing.
